Unbelievable as it may sound , OpenSourceDeal.com has been nominated in the Hottest Startups competition conducted jointly by TATA and NEN.

HottestStarups is a place to nominate your favourite startup and even vote for all the interesting ones.

As of writing this article, about 350 startups were nominated.

The funny thing is that we ourselves did not nominate, although if we knew about this event we certainly would have. It was really flattering and humbling to know that someone thought us worthy enough to be nominated.

This will probably the only post most readers will be reading since we are still testing our new Website.

Thats Right !!

It’s yet another OpenSourceDeal website.

It’s not that bad though. It’s just our fourth !!!

Anyways, the important thing here is that we are constantly looking at ourselves in the mirror.

As of writing this article there are a lot of things still not upto-date on the site. For instance, the FAQ page, the Forums page, etc. Although functional, these pages still have to be revamped.

All said and done, OpenSourceDeal is BACK !!

We’re Bigger, We’re Better and We;re Uglier !!!

We have even wider selection of Open Source Distributions now. We will be having a Credit Card and Net Banking payment system in place.
